Well Hello, long time no post. We have now reached the crucial 28 days until blast off!!!!! Which also means 26 days until Jen's wedding!!! So much to do, so little time. Oh well, lots of fun anyway. The nice thing is, i'm done school for the year!!!! Wrote my last final on Saturday, and now i'm freeeeee!!! Well, except work, LOL. Speaking of work, one of the many awesome ladies I work with gifted my with some awesome presents for my trip the other day. She got me an Irish travel prayer card, and an Irish lucky stone with a shamrock carved into it! Thanks bunches Bonnie! So, only a few things left to do to prepare for our trip. Book insurance, buy our bus/ ferry tickets, and buy me my walking shoes, which i'll be doing on thursday. Boooo Yah! Then of course, there will be the inevitable packing, repacking, packing, repacking..... etc of the backpack, and maybe a little shopping for clothes, LOL. I just can't seem to resist.
So, here's the travel plans while we're in Ireland. We'll be landing in Dublin on May 20th, and staying for 5 days, then off to Killarney, Cork, Kilkenney, Cliffs of Moher (Lisdoonvarna), Galway, Inis Mor (Aran Islands), Galway, and Dublin, then home. We found out that we lucked out in one area, LOL. We arrive back in Dublin on the 16th of June, which just happens to be the day of the Bloomsday Festival, where they celebrate the character from the novel Ulysses, and everybody gets plastered! So, let the good times roll, and our flight leaves at 10am on the 17th, so we have to be at the airport at 6:30am, we will be so hungover, LOL! But, I must leave you now, as I am in the middle of a chat with my good friend Diana (hugs and kisses), I just figured I should update since it's been so long!
